Okimaw Membership Program Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to the Okimaw Membership Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your subscription. By checking the box to accept these terms, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by them.

 1.1 Subscription Fee: The cost of membership is $500 to $1,000 per month, payable in advance.

 1.2 Membership Term: Each membership term is 30 days, beginning on the date of payment confirmation.

 1.3 Automatic Renewal: Membership subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 : Membership benefits and services are provided for the duration of the 30-day subscription term and are subject to change at Okimaw’s discretion. Details of available benefits are provided at the time of subscription and may be updated.

3.1 Cancellation Policy:

• • Members may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice via email or through their online account settings.
  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 5 days before the end of the current subscription term to avoid being charged for the next term.

3.2 Refund Policy:

• • Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused portions of the membership term.
  • In the event of an error in billing, members may request a refund within 14 days of the billing date. Refund requests should be submitted in writing to our support team.

 4.1 : Membership fees must be paid in full at the start of each subscription term.

 4.2 : Failure to process payment will result in suspension of membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

 4.3 : Members are responsible for ensuring their payment information is up-to-date.

 5.1 : Okimaw reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member portal.

 5.2 : Continued use of the membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

 6.1 : Okimaw reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of membership benefits.

 6.2 : In cases of termination by Okimaw, members will receive written notice, and no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription term.

 7.1 : Okimaw is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of membership services beyond the subscription fee paid by the member.

 7.2 : Services are provided “as-is,” and no warranties are made regarding their availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
